This significant project gave us the opportunity to completely revive a sleeping beauty of an endangered Cotswold-stone house dating from the 1760s. Work on the house encompassed crucial structural repairs to the fabric of the building, including the roof and facades, with porticoes being dismantled and rebuilt and eroded friezes restored while modern services were integrated internally. What started out as an audacious restoration challenge evolved into a labour of love for client and studio alike.
